Behind the Author

Dominique Daoust has been an avid reader since her youth, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and the Charmed book series being among her favorites. Now her tastes range from historical fiction, mystery and all the way to true crime.

It's only during the last few years that she turned to cozy mysteries as a lighter form of escape. The comforting settings and kooky characters soothed her soul. This inspired her to try her hand at writing her own cozies (might as well do something somewhat related to that journalism degree she never put to good use).

Dominique is a true 90s kid at heart and she knows for a fact that she'll never top the high of her sixth birthday.
